Saint Catherine's Hospice was established in 1985 and provides care for adults with advance, progressive disease irrespective of diagnosis. It serves the Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale areas, with a portion of East Riding from Bridlington to Driffield, a population of approximately 220,000. All services are free of charge.
